Appointments & Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. Appointments over 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
Pricing, Quotes & Service Time
Please consult with your nail technician before the service begins for pricing, length, shape, and design details. Prices and service times may vary based on nail condition, design complexity, or additional requests. Inspiration photos are for reference only.
Payments
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Cash discounts may be available. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
Refund Policy
All services are final sale. No cash refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you are not satisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon so we may address your concerns at that time.
Guarantee Limitation
We are not responsible for issues caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or services performed by another salon.
Nail Repair Policy
Nail repair is available within 5 days after service. Repair must be for the same color and design. Repair may be complimentary or subject to charge based on evaluation. Charges may apply if damage is due to lack of proper care, misuse, or accident.
Children Policy
Children must be supervised at all times. Pinko Nails & Spa is not responsible for the supervision or safety of children.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you.
Equipment & Service Limitations
Some services may not be available if proper equipment, staffing, or setup is not available to perform services safely. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined for safety reasons.
Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service
For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a service is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not suitable at the time of the appointment.
